Bread Improver in Powder
"Cardlo” Bread Improver (Bread Emulsifier/Modifier) is researched and developed by Cardlo. It is refined from food grade raw materials that meets the national standard GB2760 for safe use. It has a significant effect on increasing bread volume, improving bread structure, and extending the shelf-life, preventing the bread from becoming hard in low temperature environment, and maintaining a semi-fluid shape with smooth & soft paste.
Ingredients:
Starch, Calcium Stearoyl Lactylate(CSL), Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate(SSL), Amylase, Xylanase, Hemicellulase, Glucose Oxidase, Vitamin C, Sodium pyrophosphate(SAPP), Tricalcium phosphate(TCP), Lipase.
Appearance:
Fine white powder, with good fluency.
Application:
- To effectively handling performance of dough, enhance the elasticity and plasticity of gluten, with good Fermentation performance and suitable fermentation speed of dough, for fully fermentation;
- To enlarge the volume of bread, improve inner construction, with fine inner and smooth surface, good surge performance, increase the bakery evaluation;
- To prevent bread from aging, extend the freshness and shelf life;
- To widely apply for different flour, dough and handling, for both machine and by hands during making & pressing the dough, with good effect.
Recommended Dosage:
(100--150)g/100kg flour, for flour mill and bread factories; Or settle different dosage and formula according to customer’s requirement; The product can be independently used, or combine with our other products, based on pass lab test.
Instructions:
For bread factories, mix evenly with flour in proportion;
For flour mill, add through powder mixing system with better effect, or evenly add into general mixer by micro feeder.
Storage and Transportation:
Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, light-proof and ventilated place, and it is strictly forbidden to mix with flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful substances.
