Ingredients:

 

 

Starch, Distilled Monoglyceride(DMG), Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate(SSL), Vitamin C, Amylase, Tricalcium phosphate(TCP), Xylanase, Lipase.

 

 

Appearance:

 

 

Fine white powder, with good fluency.

 

 

Application:

 

  • To obviously enlarge the volume of steamed bun;
  • To effectively improve inner construction;
  • To enhance the whiteness and brightness of steamed bun;
  • To better the gluten and taste of steamed bun.

 

Recommended Dosage:

 

 

(100~200)g/100kg flour, for steamed bun shops and food factories.
