Products Description
Distilled Glycerin Monostearate (DMG95), also called distilled Monoglycerides or Glycerin Monostearate GMS99, is made with natural vegetable oil and fat, which is the most widely applied to food emulsifier. HLB Value:3.6-4.0, EEC NO. E471.
 
Cardlo's DMG95 is produced by Germany advanced equipments and technology. It has higher monostearate content (over 99%), lower impurity content, long-term stable physical-chemical iindexes and higher emulsifying properties.
 
Cardlo's DMG95 can be applied to
1: Chocolate, to reduce stickness and sugar crystallization, thus improve the eating quality.
2: Breads, to improve crumb softness, provides a fine and uniform crumb structure, reduce staling rate;
3: Cake, to enlarge volume, improve texture, prolong shelf-life.
