Distilled Glycerin Monostearate (DMG95), also called Distilled Monoglycerides or Glycerin Monostearate GMS99, is made with natural vegetable oil and fat, which is he most widely applied food emulsifier. HLB Value:3.6-4.0, EEC NO. E471.
 
Cardlo's DMG95 is produced by Germany six-stage distillation equipments. It has higher monostearate content (over 99%), lover impurity content, long-term stable physical-chemical iindexes and higher emulsifying properties.
 
Cardlo's DMG95 can be applied in breads, to improve crumb softness, provides a fine and uniform crumb structure, redece staling rate; It can be also applied in cakes, to enlarge volume, improve texture, prolong shelf-life; When it is applied in biscuits, to omprove process properties, prevent oil separating out and make the dough easy to off-module.
