Product Description

 

Compound emulsifier for natural pigment & spicery: for seasoning and pigment emulsification (CE II)

It is the composite system of several food emusifiers according to a certain formulation, and light yellow liquid at room temperature. The 2 series of porducts are low HLB value (4-5, oleophilic) and high HLB value (8-17, hydrophilic), respectively.

Advantages:
Both products (low or high HLB values) are especially for natural pigment and spicery with high sulubility. The low HLB product can be use as solubilizer for oil-soluble natural pigment and spicery, inhibiting creaming or fat floating and improving stability of final product. The high HLB product can be use as solubilizer for water-soluble natural pigment and spicery, obtaining lower viscosity and solidifying point.
